The WhirlPole is a inclined and rotating pole that can also be used as a flying pole.

*Depending on the height of the ceiling will be calculated the length of the pole WhirlPole. To use the WhirlPole as a FlyingPole (flying pole) the ceiling must be at least 4 meters high.

The Whirlpole is equipped with a double security rope, 450 kg of breaking load for each rope, and a sphere installed at one of the pole’s ends, which, if inserted into a special platform called TheBase, allows performing various choreographic evolutions on a pole inclined at approx. 45°.

The GeckoGrip pole is available in two colours: bright white and glossy-black with a special GeckoGrip lacquering. The manufacturing process consists in covering the specially prepared steel tubular elements with plastic molecules that grant this spinning pole extraordinary features.

Being nickel-free, this spinning pole for pole dance and pole fitness is recommended for all pole dance performers, as well as for gyms and fitness clubs to guarantee extreme safety to proper clients.

Thanks to a special micro-fusion formula, this spinning pole for pole dance guarantees a truly exceptional grip that reduces the fatigue of the adductor muscles as well as hand and thumb tendons.

Should the GeckoGrip coating acquire small cuts or marks with time, it will never become dangerous to your skin, unlike the classic chrome coating, which can peel off and hurt you.

The pole is available in two sizes: 40 mm and 45 mm diameter. Pole length: 300 cm (2 pieces of 150cm).
ATTENTION: Please be aware that the 40-mm pole is designed to be used by one person at a time only.

If you wish to use your Whirlpole TheBase GeckoGrip as a flying pole as well, especially if at high altitudes, we recommend you to use the WhirlPole whit UltraGrip2 coating, which will guarantee a better grip and a greater security thanks to its special rubber finish. To use the WhirlPole as a FlyingPole, the ceiling must be at least 4 meters high.

The Whirlpole TheBase GeckoGrip pole for pole dance can be split in two parts. You can easily remove the upper part and install the pole in places with different ceiling heights. This feature allows also a comfortable and easy transportation, even in your car, thanks to the compatible pole bag.

The installation is quick and easy. It is enough to fix the pole rope to the ceiling using special supports and insert the pole’s end sphere into a special platform called TheBase.

The space required will vary depending on the inclination. Please take into consideration that the minimum radius should correspond to ¾ of the pole’s height.

The floor platform called TheBase is a 5-mm thick stainless steel plate. Its central junction is designed to fix the Whirlpole’s end sphere and keep the pole inclined at approx. 45°.

The platform’s surface, which remains in contact with the floor, is covered with a high-friction rubber finish that ensures its stability and prevents slipping when in use.

ATTENTION: Make sure that the platform’s surface in contact with the floor is free of dirt and dust, which may reduce the grip and cause slipping.

The Whirlpole TheBase GeckoGrip pole for pole dance is compatible with the Albatros component: a steel plate that is designed to be easily fixed to the ceiling with the use of wall plugs and screws. This component permits to safe space, as well as the cost of a traditional swivel and you can fix the accessories directly to the safety ring provided.
